Pole Dance
Technical classes dedicated to learning tricks, spins and combos. Different levels for beginners, intermediate & more advanced students.
Exotic Pole
Choreography classes focusing on the sexy style. Adequate platform shoes required. Choreographies are usually taught in 2 classes!
Aerial Hoop
Learn to gracefully swing and spin above the ground with our aerial hoop classes for beginners!
Pole Choreo
This class lets you dance barefoot with and around the pole, combining low flow moves, floorwork sequences and more dynamic movements on music.
Conditioning Class
This class is a must for all our students and highly recommended for our beginners. You’ll build the necessary strength for specific poles moves!
Strength & Flex
Work on strengthening specific groups of muscles and on your overall flexibility in this class happening once a month.
